TWK has had its new TBN58 rotary encoder generation with E1 approval certified by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The single-turn rotary encoder is characterised by the following features: 14 bits in the single-turn range, completely autonomous design, i.e. 2 sensors supply position data and speed values according to CANopen class 2, CIA DSP406 version 4.0.1. Sensors 1 and 2 are each connected to the CAN bus with a 5-pin M12 connector.
The proven electronic switching cam encoders NOC are now also available with SSI (NOCE) and incremental (NOCI) interfaces.
The new incremental sensor HOI from TWK is available for any required number of pulses between 1 and 65,536 per revolution (360°).
TWK has developed a new generation of inclinometers. They measure more precisely and faster than before, and are insensitive to interfering acceleration and lateral inclination excursion. These sensors are highly suitable for applications with dynamic requirements in which precise inclination angles nevertheless have to be registered and transferred to a control system.
