Time and again, customers confirm to the manufacturer of precision sensor systems for applications in sensitive danger zones that TWK sensors last far longer than 20 years. Many market players have difficulties supplying the same products after such a long time - but not TWK. The company's customers benefit from a broad range of replacement parts consisting of well over 5,000 articles.
To the replacement part in three steps
To simplify the purchase order process for customers, TWK will be launching a replacement part shop in 3 language versions, German, English and French, in December 2019. The manufacturer will be shipping the replacement parts to over 100 countries worldwide. The uncomplicated order process consists of just a few steps. Select the desired article, place it into the shopping basket, log in and complete the purchase order with ease. The customer can choose his preferred method of payment from PayPal, purchase on account, direct debit mandate or credit card. The entire purchase order process is intuitive and secure. If required, TWK will support customers personally on the telephone.
Complete purchase order history visible
The customer can view his purchase order history within the account area. This includes the current status of delivery as well as a shipping number for delivery tracking. A purchase order can also be repeated if necessary, making the ordering process even easier.
