- In the "account area" customers can access personal data, enquiries or orders as well as notepads.
- The status and a tracking number are displayed to the customer in the enquiry or order overview and they can easily repeat orders without having to re-enter data.
- Sensors on the notepad can be placed directly in the shopping cart and requested or purchased – the information on the notepad is retained even if the customer closes the browser window.
